Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the breaditorial mobile application (the "App" or "Service") operated by breaditorial ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Your use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent they apply.
The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Any information about ingredients, methods, or baking is for general education and convenience only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. You are responsible for your own health and dietary choices. Reliance on any content in the App is at your own risk.
Baking involves heat, sharp tools, and ingredients that can cause injury or allergic reactions. You agree that:
Timers and reminder notifications in the App are for convenience only. They may be delayed, not fire, or be affected by device settings (for example, low power mode or notification permissions). Do not rely on them for critical timing (for example, where exact timing affects safety). We are not liable for any loss or harm resulting from your use of or reliance on the timers or reminders.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Premium"). We currently offer the following plans:
Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Billing: Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. By purchasing a subscription or lifetime plan, you agree to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle your payment card details directly.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free features: Core features of the App may remain available without a subscription. We may change which features require Premium over time. If we move a feature you currently access for free behind a paywall, we will give reasonable notice.
The App includes AI-powered features that generate personalised content based on your bake history and in-app activity. These include:
These features use the Claude AI model provided by Anthropic. When you use them, relevant data from your bake journal and profile, including your bake photos and (for The Proofreader) on-device transcriptions of your voice notes, is sent through a Cloudflare Worker proxy that we operate, which forwards the request to Anthropic's API in order to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for details of what data is sent.
Important limitations: AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. It is not a substitute for professional baking instruction or advice. We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
We do not store AI-generated responses on our servers. Responses may be cached temporarily on your device to avoid unnecessary repeat requests.
If you choose to enable iCloud backup, the App will copy your bake journal, saved recipes, photos, voice notes, and preferences to your own iCloud Documents container. This content sits in your iCloud account, not on our servers. We do not control your iCloud account and cannot recover lost iCloud data. You can disable iCloud backup at any time in Settings.
You agree to use the App only in line with these Terms and with applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its content in a way that harms us or others.
The App and its content (including text, images, layout, and design) are owned by breaditorial or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not acquire any ownership or licence beyond that.
The App uses or may link to third-party services, including:
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (or zero if the App is free).
We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). On termination, your right to use the App stops. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
We may change these Terms from time to time. The current version will be at breaditorial.app/terms. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (or, if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence where allowed by law).

iCloudバックアップを有効にすることを選択した場合、本アプリはベイクジャーナル、保存したレシピ、写真、音声メモ、各種設定を、お客様ご自身のiCloud Documentsコンテナにコピーします。このコンテンツはお客様のiCloudアカウント内に保存され、当社のサーバー上には保存されません。当社はお客様のiCloudアカウントを管理しておらず、失われたiCloudデータを復元することはできません。iCloudバックアップは、設定からいつでも無効にできます。
お客様は、本規約および適用される法令に従ってのみ本アプリを利用することに同意します。当社や他者に損害を与えるような方法で、本アプリまたはそのコンテンツをリバースエンジニアリング、再販、または不正に利用してはなりません。
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、レイアウト、デザインを含む）は、breaditorialまたはそのライセンサーが所有し、著作権その他の法律によって保護されています。お客様は、本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的な目的でのみ利用できます。それを超える所有権やライセンスを取得するものではありません。
本アプリは、以下を含む第三者のサービスを利用し、またはこれらへリンクする場合があります。
当社はこれらのサービスを管理しておらず、それらの内容、プライバシーの取り扱い、規約について責任を負いません。これらの利用は、各社の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社はすべての保証（明示・黙示を問わず）を否認します。本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因する、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的な損害、およびデータ、利益、信用の損失については、当社がそのような損害の可能性を知らされていた場合であっても、当社は責任を負いません。本アプリに関連する当社の総責任は、過去12か月間にお客様が本アプリに支払った金額（本アプリが無料の場合はゼロ）を超えないものとします。

当社は、本規約を随時変更することがあります。最新版は breaditorial.app/terms に掲載されます。変更が有効となった後も本アプリの利用を継続される場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本アプリの利用を停止してください。
本規約は、法の抵触に関する規則にかかわらず、英国の法律に準拠します。いかなる紛争も、英国の裁判所の専属的管轄に服するものとします（ただし、お客様が消費者である場合は、法律で認められる範囲において、お客様の居住地の裁判所）。
